- Any candidate in disagreement with a WIA Assessor should be encouraged to reapply for assessment through the same process as the disputed assessment.
- Candidates who do not want to take this option should approach the WIA Exam Service at the WIA national Office and access the appeals process. This will be in the form of a request for the WIA to deal with the appeal. The WIA must respond to this request.
- No appeal will be allowed to be left unresolved.
- An appeal will be addressed within 14 days of the appeal notification to the WIA
- Should this process fail to resolve the appeal it is anticipated that ACMA will act as an independent arbitrator.
- The WIA Assessor involved shall always be advised of the outcome of any appeal request.
The Assessor team wishes you all success in your preparation for, and completion of, any of the examinations you attempt.
